While visiting one of my favorite blogs, written by one of my favorite people, I stumbled upon her Babywearing in NYC video. First, if you don't know Leigh and her talented/beautiful family, you totally should go meet her now. Obviously quite beautiful, it runs very deep with her. She is interesting and uber talented. And a super cool Mom, I might add.

…that's how long I've been back on my special diet.
I chose to get back on this super restrictive diet even though Christmas was upon us.
I chose to be tempted but overcome the desire for cookies and cakes and sugary things.

The mere fact that I'm putting down a long list of physical goals for this upcoming year is exciting in itself. I've been sick with this yeast beast crud for so long that it has all but stolen my active life from me.
