It didn't hurt and was fast. I go in once a day for 7 days and then once a week for 3 weeks. At that point we'll recheck my levels. I'm praying this truly is all that is going on. Then just a couple of months ago she went to a new doctor and they discovered that she has lyme disease - so weird! Good for you for keeping at it and informing yourself.
