longing and wishing…

we have been snowed in for the last 3 days in a row, this snowstorm was the worst I've seen in many years! but today it's +4 Celsius or 39.2 F so hopefully it will melt some of the snow of!!!!

We had about 20 inches of snow in one day!!! think that blizzard lasted 3 days!!!!

We finally got some snow. Our temps are freezing, too (below). If it's going to be this frigid outside, I'd rather at least have SOME snow on the ground to make it look pretty. But no more of this snow-then-warm-up-enough-for-it-to-melt-&-get-all-gross stuff. ICK. Slush is disgusting.

Umm… yes.
I drove by our favorite ice cream place this morning and longed to sit outside with the sun in my face so darn badly. And I laughed that this summer there were days that we thought were too hot to be outside. Not next summer!

Oh I hear you Nell! We came home from California after Christmas to this deep snow and freezing cold temperatures and it just keeps going and going… Hubby keeps reminding me that the long freeze is good for killing off bugs, but it isn't helping much right now!
