deep into my soul
Beth over at I Should Be Folding Laundry has started a new weekly meme called, You Capture.
It's a weekly photo challenge and right up my alley. I'm something of a photo addict, to put it mildly. If only I had a better camera.
This week beth gave the challenge of taking a picture of something you love, without the flash.
I love eyes. The eyes have it. They are a window to the soul. They are so telling as to how you feel at any given moment in time.
Below is a picture of my eyes today.

What do you see in them?

Before I even finished reading what you see in your eyes, my first reaction was WOW doesn't she look so emotionally drained…then I see that's what you see and imagine probably feel.
Here's to better days and happier eyes!

At first glance I see pain. Not physical pain necessarily, but pain for another, or just for circumstances. I don't mean to be a downer, but that is my first reaction. And who knows- maybe it is a reflection of what I might be feeling at the moment!

And just so everyone knows, if you see pain, sadness or exhaustion it's okay to say so. Because, that is what I was feeling. Well, extreme exhaustion and some sadness mixed in.
Nell
I saw the exhaustion, and a good bit of strength
I hope you get to catch up on sleep this weekend! That's my goal, but I suddenly got swamped at work, so it probably won't happen
