Soft & Steady
I think a slow, soft, steady rain is God’s way of telling us to slow down and really appreciate the quiet, the beauty all around us and maybe a nice afternoon nap. (Which sounds like the perfect plan to me!)
This type of rain always makes me feel so happy inside. So joyful. So peaceful and laid back. It’s refreshing to the soul. And just what I needed today. How does He always know what I need before I know it?

Oh I agree. I love when it is raining at night as I sleep so much better. I miss my Grandma's tin roof too in the mountains when it would rain ahhhhhh
