Magical and Sparkly
I heard my new little one’s heart beat today. I heard it with my first born. In the same office as with he and his brother. With the same doctors. It was magical, beautiful and oh so wonderful to experience this with Nicky.
The look in his eyes sparkled of total awe. The smile on his face said more than any words could. The nurse said, “150 beats per minute” just like I had heard with both my boys.
Today, this morning, was a beautiful moment I’ll not soon forget…if ever. My heart swelled with every beat and swelled even more with every sparkle in my first baby boy’s eyes.
A very special day indeed.

What a wonderful day Nell and so glad you got to take Nicky with you. I took Madisyn to all my appts and of course you know she was in there with me when little sis was born. I loved the look on her eyes each and every time.
