I can't believe you arent' getting comments about him being IN. A. TREE! LOL I used to have neighbors come to my door and tell me my children were climbing a tree. Umm, in my yard? Yes. Did they fall? No. Ok, whats the problem? The kid is IN A TREE! I asked them "Didn't you climb trees when you were a child?" and the answer was always "Yes." "Then what is the big deal?"
People seem to think kids should not do anything that they could get hurt doing.

How fun, I used to love climbing trees some 200 years or so ago.
Oh how cute! My son is 11 now and he still loves to climb trees! He insists when he's old enough to move out, it will be to a treehouse!
